the hotel provided complimentary pickup from the airport. the location is fantastic , providing an easy walk to the beach and a short stroll into town. the hotel staff were amazing , offering really good service.
i found the fixed sunbeds with parasols inconvenient , as someone was always fully exposed to the sun. it would be great to have adjustable options to better manage sun exposure.

Mixed feelings about the stay

The location is a quick walk to the beach and a short stroll to the town.
The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. It was often skipped, despite being promised twice-daily service. The price felt too HIGH, considering the level of service provided. The bathroom design featured transparent glass, which lacked privacy and the sliding door did not fully close off both the shower and toilet areas simultaneously.

professional staffclean roomprivate beach
i found the staff very professional. the room decor was lovely, very clean, and included art deco elements. best of all, the breakfast had a great variety and was served until 11 am. i appreciated the private beach. we loved this. we were provided free shuttle transfers to the port.
the gym only had limited equipment, so it got a bit crowded during peak hours.

the reception team, especially liberty and pano, were helpful and attentive, assisting with all requests promptly. staff provided complimentary transfers. i really appreciated the dedication to guest satisfaction and the willingness to go the extra mile.

the staff showed great friendliness and helpfulness. i especially liked the free transportation provided from the airport to the ferry. the breakfast was also a feast (i loved the fresh fruit!). the hotel also offers fine views.
I found the room to be quite small. cleaning was also somewhat insufficient. There was very little storage space, and no wardrobe (this was a bit inconvenient).
